While the exact horsepower hasn't been officially released by Lexus, it's expected to be similar to the Toyota Tundra iFORCE MAX's impressive 437 hp and 790 Nm of torque—a powertrain destined for the mechanically related Toyota Land Cruiser (though not available in North America).

Uncompromising Off-Road Capability

Adding approximately 120 kg to its non-hybrid sibling (weighing in at 2,780 kg total), the LX 700h's extra weight is far from dead weight. This increase accommodates the hybrid system's components, including an alternator and starter, ensuring the full-time 4WD system remains fully functional even if the hybrid system fails—a testament to Lexus' commitment to off-road reliability. Key off-road systems like the low-range transfer case, Active Height Control, and Active Traction Control remain untouched, preserving the LX's legendary off-road performance.
